WHAT AGES ARE YOUR SLEEPOVER PARTIES FOR?
The general age range is from 6 to 12 years olds.

WHEN WILL YOU ARRIVE TO SET-UP AND COLLECT?
We will deliver, assemble and style your chosen Teepees before your guests arrive on the day of your sleepover. Then when you’ve finished, we will come back the next day to pack it all up and collect. We will confirm timings once we receive your booking.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SET-UP?
A party of 4 generally takes 1hr, larger parties can be up to 1.5hrs. We only set-up the teepees so please ensure the space is clear and all furniture moved.
HOW DO I ORDER SLEEPOVER PARTY EXTRAS?
For online bookings you will be able to select party extras before you check out. For phone booking please specify the party extra that you require.
HOW MUCH SPACE DOES EACH TEEPEE REQUIRE?
Each Teepee requires 170cm (L) x 80cm (W)
WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?
We cover South East London, South West London and Surrey. Delivery is including if you live within 5 miles of our location (Bromley & Dulwich). If you live outside of this area there will be a small fuel charge.
ARE YOU ABLE TO HIRE THE TEEPEES FOR THE DAY?
Of course you can, please note that the price will remain the same as the overnight sleepover package
HOW DO YOU CLEAN THE TEEPEES AND BEDDING?
All the bedding is washed thoroughly using hypoallergenic laundry detergent between each use to ensure they are ready for the next party.
CAN YOU USE THE TEEPEES OUTSIDE?
Our teepees are not weatherproof and are intended for indoor use only
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Yes, we have Public Liability Insurance
HOW DO I SECURE MY BOOKING?
Please complete the online booking form with a booking deposit of 50% of your chosen package. The remaining balance, fuel charge (if applicable) and a £50 damage deposit is due 2 weeks before your event date.
WHEN WILL THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT BE REFUNDED?
We will return the £50 deposit 48 hours after the party minus any damage costs. A cost spreadsheet will be provided to you before we set-up the teepees
DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
i) 100% of what you have paid will be returned if the party is cancelled 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the date.
ii) unfortunately we cannot return your payment if your event is cancelled less than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the event date.
On the day of the event our services delivery times can be subject to traffic and other factors out of our control. We understand the importance of the day and will keep you informed if any delays occur.
