Our absolute priority is to offer the safest service possible to our sleepover guests and we will do all that we can to eliminate any risk.
At Luna Sky Teepees we are working very hard to keep our sleepover guests safe and have put special measures in place.
What are we doing to prevent the spread of Coronavirus?
We have obviously had to change the way in which we normally operate and now have strict procedures in place to ensure everyone’s safety at all times, this is in accordance with the latest advice from the UK government.
After each party, all our fabrics including sheets, duvet covers, pillows and plush toys are washed at 60° in accordance with the recommended temperature to actively kill viruses.
All of our breakfast trays are thoroughly washed and wiped with antibacterial wipes after each party as well as any other high-touch surfaces such as drinking cups and lanterns.
During set-up we will be wearing face masks and gloves, along with a final antibacterial spritz once everything has been set-up. Our team will use hand sanitiser before they arrive and before leaving your property.
What can you do to help?
You can help stop the spread of the virus by washing your hands regularly and having the children wash their hands before the party.
We ask for no one to be in the room during set-up and collection, this is to ensure a safe distance is kept between our team and the household.
We are asking for the party host/s to confirm that no one in their party has any of the COVID-19 symptoms or have not been in contact with anyone with the virus or that may have any symptoms.
We will continue to review our procedures in accordance with the UK government’s advice.
